Sliding trays embedded in the counter allow for the transfer of documents, letters and packets between non-secure and secure areas. Depending on their various dimensions (esp. depth), these solutions may also be used for bulkier items. All models offer protection against vandalism while some guarantee certified ballistic resistance up to grade FB6 as per EN1522. If required, fire resistance may even be added to a number of them.
